Welcome to Taizen Martial Arts, where the passion for martial arts is ignited by Dave Stennett, our esteemed founder. With over 30 years of dedicated training in Uechi Ryu Karate and the guidance of three-time world champion Karl Aylliffe, Dave's expertise is truly remarkable. His journey has extended beyond karate, encompassing Shorinji Kenpo and Muay Thai, with training experiences in Japan and Thailand. With over 15 years of competitive experience, Dave's commitment to the art is unwavering. At Taizen Martial Arts, we take pride in offering a unique blend of these three styles, as Dave skillfully combines his vast knowledge to create a comprehensive martial arts school. Our philosophy revolves around cultivating a sense of calmness within ourselves, and our slogan, "Forever Calm, Forever Composed," encapsulates this spirit. We eagerly await your presence in our studio, where you can embark on a transformative martial arts journey.
